Casertana pig flat Pancetta 250 gr.

Flat pancetta is made by cutting the pig belly in a rectangular shape,
removing the skin and then following a process called “conciatura”,
using spices and natural aromas.
It is seasoned in containers that preserve its original flat form,
hence the name “tesa”.
In this phase, lasting more than a month, the flat pancetta is
regularly massaged with flavourings that give the final product his
unique taste.
