Malvasia is a balanced, fruity and fresh wine. We matched it with Caprino cheese, with its persistent perfume and aroma, enhanced by the sweet contrast with our Acacia honey, a perfect source of energy.

Malvasia (2 bottles) + 250 gr. of Flat Pancetta + 550 gr. of Pecorino + 270 gr. of Garlic sprout

A balanced, fruity and fresh wine. We thought to match it with We matched it with a very ancient cheese, the Samnite Pecorino, with a crust thick and rough, of a pale yellow colour and the hard, compact and oily curd, with irregularly sparse thin eyes.

Our Samnite appetizer box includes also the Flat Pancetta that is made by cutting the pig belly in a rectangular shape, and the Garlic sprout: they are seared in white wine vinegar, seasoned with dried chili pepper and garlic, jarred by hand and preserved in high quality extra-virgin local
olive oil.
