Garlic sprout
IN EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Handmade artisanal preparation with local, fresh garlic sprouts;
seared in white wine vinegar, seasoned with dried chili pepper and
garlic; jarred by hand and preserved in high quality extra-virgin
olive oil. No food colouring or preservatives added. Gluten free.
Serving suggestion: perfect with pasta, adding parmesan or pecorino
cheese. Also great with starters based on cured meats like ventricina
or lardo di colonnata, and with seasoned dairy products, stewed or
plain codfish, smoked fish (tuna, salmon, codfish). Good sandwich
filling or served as an accompaniment with main dishes based on spelt
(risotto, soups) or meat.
