and salt, seasoned with bay leaves. Jarred by hand and preserved in high
quality extra-virgin olive oil. No food colouring or preservatives added.
Serving suggestion: great served as an accompaniment with spicy cured meat,
lardo di colonnata, smoked fish. Also good to season pasta and legumes soups,
and with starters and meat or fish dishes.
