“Alla contadina” zucchini
IN EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Artisanal preparation with handpicked local zucchini that are
sliced and macerated in white wine vinegar. Seasoned with onion,
carrots, and local herbs; jarred by hand and preserved in high
quality extra-virgin olive oil. No food colouring or
preservatives added. Gluten free.
Serving suggestion: ideal combined with meat dishes, chicken
and turkey included. Also great combined with cured meat like
ventricina or hot soppressata. It can also be used as sandwich
filling and meat-based starters (capocollo, ventricina,
mortadella, pork sausages), and with cereal-based dishes as well.
