MAIALE NERO CASERTANO

The fine pork meat is grounded and combined with a limited amount
of fat. The mix is stuffed into a natural pig bowel, then pierced
and tied with natural twine.

Once cut, the Soppressata is of a red colour, more or less intense
depending on the combination of natural ingredients used.
