(mazzaferrata variety); seared in white wine vinegar, seasoned
with local oregano, jarred by hand and preserved in high
quality extra-virgin olive oil. No food colouring or preservatives
added. Gluten free.
Serving suggestion: great as sandwich filling and as side dish
with cured meats and charcuteries. Also good combined with
starters and meat dishes.
