The slow maceration gives this wine – typical of the Samnium area,
dating back to the VII century B.C – its peculiar qualities.
The nose of this wine is characterised by scents of red fruits, an
intense and persistent perfume with spicy and floral notes of violet.
With aging, it gets more intense and penetrating.
On the palate, this wine is tasty and warm, properly tannic and
enduring in its aroma. The colour is a deep ruby red.
